James Yap scored 24 points while Peter June Simon contributed 23 points as they led Derby Ace to a win and matched the firepower of Talk N Text and got their revenge from their first game loss a month ago. James Yap was back to his MVP scoring form and was 3 out of 9 from three point range, while Simon was perfect (4/4) from the same spot, as they were named co-best players of the game.
Newcomers Jonas Villanueva and Jerwin Gaco also had a great game with Villanueva contributing 17 points and was 3 out of 4 from the three point line and Gaco scoring 12 points and 8 rebounds. The whole team was 10 out of 20 from three point range. ROY Rico Maierhofer controlled the boards with 10 rebounds, 4 offensive and also scored 8 points.

I just hope this is the start of derby ace’s winning streak. The players are working hard to prove their worth. Kudos to all of you. Wishing you all the luck in this conference. Just hang on until Raymundo, Pingris and Reavis will start playing.

As I’ve said, it’s all psychological. The players must start believing in themselves. Di ka aakyat ng PBA kung wala kang talent. Ang lakas ng loob sa kanila din manggagaling, syang ang talent kung kulang sa puso at kaalaman sa tamang diskarte. Sana mabasa ni Canaleta to.

nice game. yan ang kailangan puso aat dedikasyon sa paglalaro kahit na kulang sa tao dapat tulong tulong. mejo nag jejell na ang mga players kay coach siguro konting balasa until such time na makuha ang tamang formula at combinasyon ng mga players na maglalaro sa loob.
