Do you think the team needs to change Stefhon Hannah?

With the sub-par performance of B-Meg Import Stefhon Hannah in his debut yesterday against Rain or Shine (Only 8 points on 4/23 from the field) and with the short PBA 3rd conference, Do you think that B-Meg needs to look for another import ASAP or give Hannah a few more games to adjust?

I think right now, they should start looking for a backup Import in case the play of Hannah does not improve in the next game on June 17 against Powerade Tigers. Finding good imports is not easy as we may think with all the negotiations and most of the time really good imports have big demands.

Hannah was awful last night. i watched the game live in Tacloban. but i think the team should give him a chance. 2 more games or so.

  2. Boyet says:

Hannah was really awful during bmeg’s first game against ROS. I think he should be changed immediately. The conference format is too short, BMEG might end up like in the commissioner’s cup where their local players were playing good and they could not get anything from their import just like Hannah…Guess what…. the result… they were ELIMINATED…..

  3. jeric says:

hannah is a good point guard he just need to adjust to the way we play here in the philippines… i guest he will be a major help to the llamados…

ang coach ang palitan basta unang laro o sumunod lagi talo kala bida laging nagpapa bubug

tama wag una mnghusga s import qng gsto nyu n pltan import d kyu pmalit…. hndi porke 1st game eh hndi mgnda ngwa wla n kwenta…. qng cla kobe nga s NBA eh mnsan d rin mkgwa ng maaus superstar p un…. wag nmn bobo mgicp mga fans ng BMEG

  6. lady luck says:

should have kept courtney beasley ..he was a better play n bmeg did not give him a chance…he had heart an ia an awesome player

  7. mrbasketball says:

should get courtney beasley bak..great player…

  8. Boyet says:

Take note:::: In the NBA… There are 82 games… If a superstar plays below par, it is still OK since there are lots of games left… But for the governor’s cup format in the PBA… only 8 games will be played by each team….EVERY GAME COUNTS…..So if you are a fan of BMEG you must be concern because the import is not playing well…. Take note: Imports are expected to play well, they are paid for that….

Can’t remember any more when was the last time B-meg played. Meaning to say it’s been ages and still can’t get the better from an import. What happened to Beasley? To that ex-kings? Now this Hannah showing below par performance. I can say the coaching staff is stupid and the management is such fools, You’re making the fans lose their interest.

  10. jay says:

BIG NO…hindi dpat import ang palitan.. instead dpat mag stepped up lahat ng locals para hindi nkkadagdag ng pressure sa import.. I watched the game in tacloban and I’m quite disappointed what kind of chemistry they are playing that time..

  11. boogz says:

If Hannah still doesn’t perform in their 2nd game, they need to change their import… there are alot of good guards in the d-league… that stands upto 6’2…

  12. Jun says:

Let’s give him one more chance. He might be adjusting to PBA style of game. If he does not perform well in their second game then, he should be booted out!

  13. @jolyn77 says:

You are such a kid. Judging him on first game was not enough.. Give him a chance..
Any maybe you should be coaching.. You are such an idiot..

  14. tapslide says:

i think Bmeg should’ve just stuck with courtney beasley because even at 6’2″ he has already proven during that first game he had against san miguel last conference that he can rebound. He even had a double-double performance that game considering that he just arrived I think the day before. while with hannah, if he has another off night with his shooting…what else can he contribute? Management should’ve considered that! Maybe beasley was just being careful during the tune up games that’s why he didn’t score that much.

  15. TapSlide says:

Darn it.. I feel bad for courtney beasley, he shouldn’t have been sent back home. That was a big mistake sending him home. I hope management could still bring him back if it doesn’t work out with hannah. Because beasley doesn’t just ‘SCORE’, he ‘REBOUNDS’ well too!!!

  16. TapSlide says:

    Rebounds = 2nd chance pts.

  17. ryan says:

for me boyet, i know your point and i understand it… why give another chance for hannah if he can’t do even better in his second game over powerade.. that the time that we need to replace him… even god give another chances why not us also….

  18. daddy says:

After the second game, which BMeg won, I think still performed even below par. Note that his score is not even in double figure. And the team they battled with is considered not that strong. Management should get another one!

  19. TaeSlide says:

    Darn it! heheheh…

  20. boogz says:

hannah will not be able to take bmeg to the finals… the locals played well last game… if we will just rely on the locals, mahihirapan lang sila… look at petron, they changed their import, they won 2 straight games… hope everything will be ok with bmeg soon…

  21. chris says:

this franchise has a history of having a not so good imports. look for other agents abroad. we have 1 of the all-time greatest player that ever played in the pba. boss alvin, gawa ka po ng paraan para makakuha tyo ng ibang import. good luck!

  22. TaeSlide says:

Na try nyo na bang pakantahin si Hannah? Baka dun sya magaling… Baka si Hannah Montana yan hahahahahaha!!!!!!

  23. jay says:

palitan na po ung import at import agent ntin. tournament is so short.

  24. Neil says:

Sana lang pinag-aralan mabuti ng management profile ng import. this website shows Hannah’s weaknesses which was very evident in his past 3 games. Si Derrick Brown lang natatandaan ko na naging magaling na import ng Purefoods in the past 10 years.

  25. mhelchor says:

for me!its time 2 replace their import w/ 3 games that he played wla akong nki2ta n may ila2bas pa cya…replace is d best remedy right now 4 B-MEG or else s kangkungan kyo pu2lutin!!!
