change the coach someone in the mold of Chot Reyes or Ryan Gregorio. somebody who can motivate players. Ive noticed their defense is not as active as it was when Ryan used to call the shot.

Bmeg Llamados line up is strong already so I dont think they need to trade some of the players.I think what the team needs right now is to change their head coach. For the four losses that Bmeg encountered it was all close games so the right head coach that would fit for the team is someone that won’t crack specially during close games. One of the assistants of Bmeg Koy Banal should be given his chance to guide the team.

Stick muna tayo mga kaparokya…alalahanin niyo kulang-kulang na ang line-up natin ng magsimula ang season, new coach, new system and injured key players…pero nakapasok tayo ng semis last All-Pinoy, sa import-flavored conference lang talaga tayo medyo minalas, kaya sana wag naman agad tayong sumuko sa bagong coach!

Mahina and depensa nila, kilangan nilang ibalik ung dating depensa nila nong nagchampion sila. Try to use only two guards, w/c is very effective non, magkakaroon p cla ng advantage kc malalaki sila. Yan ang naging malaking advantage nila non, ito mostly ang ginagamit nla non, ryap, jyap, kerby, pingris at reavis w/c have advantage in height at d rin patatalo s pabilisan. Try to use this tonight, ex. Henson, Jyap, Pingris, Devance at Reavis…

mark, you can read about the system in the 2nd round here -http://www.purefoodsbasketball.com/game-results/b-meg-defeats-air-21-advances-to-the-next-round/
As a summary, there will be a single round robin among the 6 teams and the team standings will be carried over, after that the top 2 teams will advance to the finals but if a team wins 4 out of 5 games in the semifinals, they have a chance to make it to the finals which they will battle out with the 2nd placer.

the coach has nothing to do with it..its the players! they have to give their hearts out. did u see the last game? puro sisihan at malamya siya.. they need an impact player of the bench.. yung import puro sisi ginagawa.. bring back the last import…

Don’t be too hard on Coach Gallent. He is just barely 3 conferences in the job and has not had the luxury of having a complete and healthy line-up. Kung ako, I will give him until the All-Filipino Conference next season to prove himself. Isa pa, maganda naman ang inabot ng BMEG this year, 2 semis appearances (AFC at Governors Cup) and 1 7th place finish sa Commissioners Cup. Ryan G had 9 years with Purefoods to develop a good system. JG is still on his 1st. To compare them is both unfair and illogical. Di nga ba there was also a period in RG’s time na halos lahat gusto na din sya sibakin? Kung nakinig ang management sa fans that time, tingin nyo napag-champion nya Purefoods nung 2006 at 2010? Give JG some time to fully lay-out his system. If wala pa din mangyari, I will be the 1st to lead for his ouster…

Possible to change the name, Put it back the name PUREFOODS.
