Purefoods wins its first game in the 2009 Fiesta Conference, 131-121 vs. All-Filipino Champion Talk N Text. This high scoring ballgame was led by their Import Brian Hamilton who had a triple double on his first game 22 pts. 16 reb, 10 asts, and James Yap who scored 33 pts, 17 pts in the 1st half. Newly acquired player Don Allado also had a nice game with 15 pts and Team Captain Kerby Raymundo had 12 pts, all in the second half.
