There will be no battle for third place starting this PBA Philippine Cup. B-Meg Derby Ace Llamados is 4th place in the standings while Barangay Ginebra Kings takes 3rd place.

Here’s the Poll Results regarding the controversial end of Game 2:

Do you think the referee made the right call at the end of Game 2?

29 votes for No (39%)

Moving on with this issue, tonight will be Game 3 of the Best-of-7 finals between Purefoods vs Alaska.

We hope that there will be no more controversy and it is expected that Alaska will come back strong because they cannot afford to be down 3-0. Purefoods will try to prove that their win in Game 2 was no fluke and will try to bury Alaska with their defense. Alaska will try to stop James Yap again and the others like Nino Canaleta and Peter June Simon must step up to win Game 3.
