Next Game: B-Meg vs Powerade

B-Meg Llamados vs Powerade Tigers
Friday, June 17, 5pm, Araneta Coliseum

Both teams lost their 1st game
Powerade lost to Ginebra by 12 and B-Meg lost to ROS by 12 also

Both teams with key injuries
Powerade missing top scorer Gary David and B-Meg missing Kerby Raymundo, Rafi Reavis and Rico Maierhofer.

Import Matchup
Chris Porter, 6’6 plays Power Forward vs Stefhon Hannah, 6’1 Point Guard/Shooting Guard
Porter scored 38 points in his 1st game but it will be Marc Pingris and Jerwin Gaco who will be the one guarding Porter. Hannah needs to step up from his bad game against ROS or else B-Meg will be forced to replace him early.

B-Meg will win by 14 points, the Llamados just needs to guard Chris Porter, there are no other scorers in Powerade. If Hannah bounces back from his subpar game, this will be an easy win for B-Meg. James Yap and Joe Devance will lead in scoring.

Do you think the team needs to change Stefhon Hannah?

With the sub-par performance of B-Meg Import Stefhon Hannah in his debut yesterday against Rain or Shine (Only 8 points on 4/23 from the field) and with the short PBA 3rd conference, Do you think that B-Meg needs to look for another import ASAP or give Hannah a few more games to adjust?

I think right now, they should start looking for a backup Import in case the play of Hannah does not improve in the next game on June 17 against Powerade Tigers. Finding good imports is not easy as we may think with all the negotiations and most of the time really good imports have big demands.
